Today, right after waking up, we start the day in our soccer academy in Barcelona with new technical training sessions that we do in the morning.

As everyone knows, exercising in the morning has multiple advantages according to multiple studies. One of the most important is the improvement of blood pressure, because we train after a good rest, and morning exercise enhances our brain activity and its benefits can last up to 10 hours and thus helps us to be more active throughout the day.

We started the day with group cardio training to activate the body, warm up the muscles and thus prepare for what lies ahead. Then we went to a gym workout in order to improve physical performance, and that good physical shape helps us prevent injuries during matches. Every day we personalize the training in the gym in order to maintain the interest and good personal dedication of each student of our sports residence in Barcelona.

When we finished working in the gym, we went to our natural environment, the soccer field. We have devoted this time to improving the individual technique of our athletes. They have each worked on their personal aspects through a combined classroom where all the key points of unique training are shared in order to reach the highest level in terms of personal technique.
